Spiritual Directors Together in Essex and East London is a new ecumenical group of Spiritual Directors and Companions, emerging from the former Essex and East London Spiritual Direction Network. We are formed of Christian Spiritual Directors and Companions from many different churches, denominations and traditions across the Essex and East London area. Our aim is to encourage mutual support, fellowship and development as we each offer spiritual accompaniment to others in their journey of faith.

We have run a Course in Spiritual Direction for more than 30 years in the Essex area. We are currently discerning and planning for future courses, but do not yet have a start date. If you are interested in finding out more please visit our Course pages on this site.
